Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders are generally shipped via FedEx SmartPost, or by USPS from our Irmo, SC location. Need items in a hurry, just give us a call and we'll be happy to quote you delivery times based on either of the two carriers.

Payment

Cantabile Press/Genesis Press accepts major credit cards and offers net-30 in house billing. Need to estabilish an account? Just give our business office a call at 800-547-2355. Our representatives are available to assist you Mon - Friday 9-5 EST

Returns & Replacements

• Returns must be received within 30 days of original invoice date to avoid restocking fees.
• Returned product must be in original new resaleable condition
• Shipping fees are not refundable
• Customer is responsible for return shipping fees
• Defective items, once returned will be replaced with the same item.
