Song of Miriam

For instrumental solo (parts included for C/Bb/A instruments), with handbell trio accompaniment. This is a well known and very lovely classical melod - often titles "Thanks Be to Thee" (Dank si Dir, Herr) and generally attributed to Handel - although modern scholarship indicates the composer was probably Sigfried Ochs. This provides an excellent opportunity for developing sensitive control of dynamics... and it's gorgeous!
